QuoraBot Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Thank you for choosing QuoraBot. We strive to provide exceptional AI-powered tools for education, research, and business. This policy outlines the terms for canceling your subscription and requesting a refund.

1. Subscription Plans and Cancellation

a. Free Plans and Trials:
You may cancel your free plan or free trial at any time without any charge by accessing your account settings on www.quorabot.com.

b. Paid Subscription Plans (e.g., /vision, /shark):
All paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop all future recurring charges. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

c. Bundled Hardware Products (e.g., /guru Laptop Bundle):
Cancellation for physical product bundles is subject to the shipping status. You may cancel your order only if the shipment has not yet been processed. Once the bundle has shipped, standard return procedures apply (see Section 3).

2. Refund Policy

We are confident you will find value in QuoraBot. Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our AI services, we have a strict refund policy with specific conditions.

a. Digital Subscription Services:

  • General Policy: Refunds for digitally delivered subscription plans (Monthly or Annual) are typically not provided. You will retain access to the paid features until the end of your current billing cycle after cancellation.

  • Exception - Refund Request Window: If you are dissatisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have not exceeded a fair usage limit of 25% of your plan's allocated AI credit quota.

  • Annual Plan Consideration: Customers on an annual plan who request a refund after the 14-day window but within the first 30 days may be eligible for a prorated refund minus a 15% administrative fee, at QuoraBot's sole discretion. No refunds are provided for annual plans after 30 days of use.

b. Bundled Hardware Products (/guru Laptop Bundle):

  • Hardware products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product is unopened, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Opened/Used Hardware: If the hardware has been opened or used, it may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product's value. The digital subscription component of the bundle is non-refundable if activated.

c. White-label Licensing and API Access:

  • These are custom enterprise agreements. Refund and cancellation terms are specified in the individual signed contract or Service Level Agreement (SLA).

3. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To cancel your subscription, please do so directly from your QuoraBot account dashboard under "Billing" or "Subscription Settings."

4. Termination by QuoraBot

QuoraBot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the service for any reason at any time, including for violation of our Terms of Service. In such an event, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Termination by us for cause (e.g., abuse, fraud, terms violation) will not result in a refund.
