QuoraBot Shipping & Delivery Policy

At QuoraBot, we are primarily a provider of digital AI software services. However, our /guru vertical offers an optional Student + Laptop Bundle that includes physical hardware. This policy outlines the delivery methods for both our digital services and physical products.

1. Delivery of Digital Services

Your access to QuoraBot's AI workspace (including /guru, /vision, and /shark) is granted immediately upon successful registration or subscription purchase.

  • Activation: Access to your chosen plan and AI credits is instant and automatic.

  • Method of Delivery: Our Services are delivered electronically via our website (www.quorabot.com) and associated subdomains.

  • Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation upon registration and/or successful payment for a subscription plan.

2. Shipping of Physical Products (/guru Laptop Bundle)

This section applies solely to customers who purchase the /guru Student + Laptop Bundle or any other physical product offered by QuoraBot in the future.

a. Processing Time:
All physical product orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after order verification and payment clearance.

b. Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship hardware bundles to addresses within India only. Please check our product page or contact support at support@quorabot.com for information on international shipping availability.

c. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Time:

  • We partner with reputable courier services such as Delhivery, FedEx, DTDC, or Amazon Shipping.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days after processing, depending on your delivery location.

d. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are included in the price of the /guru Laptop Bundle. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

e. Order Tracking:
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. You may also view your order status by logging into your account on our website.

f. Import Duties and Taxes (For International Shipping, if applicable):
For any future international orders, you are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by your country. QuoraBot has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your physical product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at support@quorabot.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

  • We will guide you through the return and replacement process in accordance with our Return Policy.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. QuoraBot is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipping the order.
